Session Transcripts
Every conversation with Olivia is recorded to text automatically. When a session ends, the transcript is prepared as a Word document — save it into Document Management for case evidence, research and Olivia training, or discard it.
Standard save options for every transcript
- Word document (.docx) — save to Document Management or download.
- Google Docs — downloads the Word file and opens Google Drive so it can be opened as a Google Doc.
- Lawbooks PC — saves the Word file and queues it for delivery to your on-premises Lawbooks PC.
