Privacy policy.
This summary explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. The full Data Processing Agreement is available on request from legal@lawbooks.io.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, organisation, role
- Conversations with Olivia: kept as Lawbooks Memory for signed-in users only, so Olivia can recall earlier chats. Visitors who aren't signed in have nothing saved.
- Customer content: only what you upload to your tenant; processed under your instructions
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- AI processing: Olivia's answers are generated by Google's Gemini models. On Gemini's free tier Google may use prompts to improve its products.
- Hosting: Cloudflare serves the site; data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Zurich).
Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion and portability under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA
- Export of tenant content at any time
- Right to escalate to a supervisory authority
