Key points
- You retain ownership of your content. We process it only to provide the service.
- Lawbooks doesn't train AI models on your content. Olivia uses Google's Gemini models; see the Trust Center for what that means.
- We work to keep Lawbooks available but don't offer an uptime guarantee yet.
- Acceptable use: no unlawful activity, no attempting to extract another tenant's data.
- Termination: at any time with export of your data.
