What we do to protect your data.
A plain account of how Lawbooks handles your data today. We don't hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification yet, and we'll say so here when that changes.
Today
Your rows only
Every matter, document, clause and playbook is protected by database row-level security, so each account can only read its own records.
Keys stay on the server
AI, payment and integration keys live on our servers, never in your browser. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest.
Payments by Stripe
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Lawbooks PC
Documents you send to a Lawbooks PC are only released to a paired device and are checked with a SHA-256 hash on arrival.
Good to know

- Olivia gives general legal information, not legal advice.
- Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the EU (Zurich).
